_x000D_Russian authorities also announced plans to place Pavel Durov on an international wanted list. However, they have not confirmed whether they will request an Interpol Red Notice.
_x000D_Durov holds French and Emirati citizenship. He reportedly spends most of his time in Dubai, although his current location remains unclear after he recently said he was visiting Georgia.
_x000D_Earlier, French authorities arrested Durov in 2024 over allegations that Telegram failed to combat criminal activity and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
